About the adventure
The newly formed medical Megacorporation, Nightingale Foundation (all depictions and likenesses are fictional), has opened a new subsidiary in the city of Chicago. The goal is to explore links to between medical research and sports, gaming, and even fashion industries. This was hailed worldwide as the biggest attempt at failure in modern history. The first step to achieving this goal would require the greatest consolidation of talent and expertise the world has ever seen. You are part of the first wave of new employees. Scouted from universities, research grants, rival corporations, and the such. You, the players, have passed your probation period, and will soon graduate as full-time employees. Receiving all the mysterious perks of life within the foundation. You will enter a new world of intrigue, political power jockeying, and even violence. Throughout the story, you will explore the nuance of ethics, misuse of power, and conspiracies. It will be your choice how many moral boundaries you will forgo to achieve greatness, and learn how much of a cost you are willing to pay to achieve your ambitions. Will you submit to the system, fight back, or find another way?

About me
As a business consultant and chairman of non profit organizations, I educate people so they can have better lives. As a role-player, I help explore themes and aim to create cathartic processes. I have been roleplaying for 10 years and recently found my true love in Vampire: The Masquerade. I truly believe any concept that can be explored that can help you live a better life, and why not have fun doing it along the way! Roleplay is a beautiful blend of dream and living interaction. When those two work together in an environment of trust, you create a beautiful, therapeutic experience. I may live a life, and context, far and removed from yours, but our imaginations can surpass any gap between us.

Creating your character
You will start out as humans. We will during session 0, plan the characters and their relationships with each other and their backstories. I will provide pre-generated characters that can be chosen. The characters will have 0 experience and will get the standard 7 advantages during character creation. There will be no loresheets, but they may be taken later in the game (this will need to be discussed with the GM).

What to expect
Preparing for the session
Players will need a Discord account, a functional microphone, and an audio output device (this can be headphones, stereo, or the in-built output device on your device). Cameras are not essential. When given the interactive digital character pdf sheets, You can choose to either use them digitally (which will require either a browser or a program that can interact with the pdfs features). You can also choose to print the pdfs out and use write on them.
What Khalid brings to the table
I will provide digital books that we will require, such as the main rulebook. I also have interactive digital character pdf sheets. I will also provide word documents with the background information on the setting, organisation you will be part of, as well as homebrewed expanded content. I have a discord server that has a dice-rolling bot for Vampire the Masquerade 5th Edition. You will be sent an invite to the server upon your joining the campaign. I sometimes use art to represent characters and locations. As well as voice acting to add to the immersion of the game.

How Khalid creates a safe table
This game universe tackles issues involving physical and psychological harm, content of a sexual nature, morality, and other mature topics. Topics not included in the content warnings may come up during play, depending on the characters played. We have session 0 to get orientated with the game, discuss the game themes, and cover lines and veils. I will hand out a document to cover what topics should be avoided for player safety. During gameplay, players have the power to communicate to me discreetly if a scene being described is causing too much distress. We will alter how we play those scenes and incorporate your boundary moving forward in the game. As players, you are in control of your experience, the aim is to play in dangerous scenarios, knowing we have tools to help us navigate them as a group and not hurt us when the game is over.
