About the adventure

The Worldwound tore reality apart at the dawn of the Age of Lost Omens, murdering the nation of Sarkoris and unleashing a ravenous demonic horde upon the world. Only the quick action of several other nations of knights, barbarians, and heroes stemmed the demon army and contained it within lost Sarkoris, and for the next century, crusade after crusade tried to defeat the demons only to fail time and time again. Their greatest success, the line of magical artifacts known as ward stones that stand sentinel along the Worldwound's border, barely manages to contain the demons. So when one of the ward stones is sabotaged, a city falls, and the demons within surge out in a massive assault like none before. Even before the Fifth Crusade has begun a city has fallen and some of the Crusaders' greatest defenders and heroes are slain. Can anyone rise up against the demon host to prevent the armies of Deskari, the demon lord of the Locust Host, from swallowing the world? We use the free dedication rules, paragon ancestry, and a new Mythical Hero Point system as characters reach unparalleled power to take on the hordes of darkness!! How to prepare

We will connect using Foundry VTT, and can check the demo available on their website to ensure compatibility. All dice rolling and character sheets will be provided via the software. For voice chat, we will use Discord. Please ensure you have a quality microphone, and will be in an environment free of background noise for the enjoyment of all. It is recommended that all players read over my gameplay guidelines at https://tinyurl.com/5x7nu93m , and have a solid knowledge of Pathfinder 2e rules.

What I provide

I will provide the Foundry VTT software with all the needed setup. From journals to music to tokens and character sheets, we'll keep track of it all there. Once the game is ready to go, I will provide a URL and password that players will use to connect.

Gameplay details

Salutations! I'm Phil aka JCServant, specializing in converting PF1e adventure paths for PF2e. This offers players a rare chance to experience these thrilling and imaginative escapades by Paizo the newer system. When you join one of my games, you not only jump into an epic campaign run by a very experienced DM, but you also join a vibrant Discord community that shares a passion for the hobby. Welcome to Wrath of the Righteous! We have a vibrant, involved Discord community. When you join one of my campaigns, you join a group of players that is passionate about role-playing and Pathfinder 2nd edition! Join the Crusades! This campaign has a heavy focus on combat, as evil is out in full force! Battles can be challenging, especially if luck swings against the party. Tactics and planning are key. We also have a solid emphasis on RP. Players are welcome to talk in character and make some sub-optimal decisions to stay in character and will discover new interactions from it. Wrath of the Reighteous has plenty of tough moral challenges requiring good RP to work through. We also use an NPC relationship system, as well as downtime rules, to help give players even more opportunities to explore their character's story. There is a light emphasis on puzzle-solving, traps, skill checks, and the like. This game uses a special hero point system to replace the original mythical powers in PF1e. To make players feel more heroic, we use Free Archetype and Paragon Ancestry. We have a 15-minute break towards the middle of the game (based on the group). I'm very open to feedback from players, using it to help make future adventures better. I generally hang out in Discord 30 minutes after a game to answer questions and discuss the game. How will character creation work

Any new party members joining will be leveled up to match the party, with appropriate gear and gold assigned by the DM. I am available often on Discord to answer questions to facilitate the process. Most players use Pathbuilder to plan their character before entering them into Foundry.
