About the adventure
Welcome to the Hypborian Age. You are a member of a renowned adventuring group. You've had your share of successes. You've also been the target of a mercenary company sent by your enemies to kill you. A couple years after dealing with the mercenaries, you're summoned by the leader of the mercenaries to an isolated island where you learn the leader's dying and wants you to perform his last request: cremate his body and place it in a special urn on a column jutting out of the sea at Atlantean ruins. You quickly find out that urn is the target of a lot of factions. Will you be able to perform the last wishes, or will your body sink to Atlantis's ruins? I like to play very pulpy, loose with rules and with an emphasis on cool and fun. You don't need to know the rules. They'll be taught as you play. I'm looking for people eager to roleplay in Conan's world. Join me if you're up for this exciting challenge.
Additional Details
How to prepare
Pick up or download a copy of Robert E Howard's Conan stories and get swept away by this fictional world. If you get a chance find an actual play podcast showing the Conan: Adventures in an Age Undreamed Of being played. Modiphius offers several of these videos.
What I provide
I will bring the pregens and a fully-loaded VTT on Roll20 featuring maps and tokens. I have most of the rulebooks at my disposal and will provide soundtracks for the battle scenes.
Gameplay details
I'm not looking for players who know the Modiphius 2d20 system. I'm looking for players who have an interest in the sword and sorcery world of Conan and are ready to roleplay these events.
